Just over a year ago I completed my first mural, and a few weeks ago I learned I'm severely allergic to spray paint. While I admit it's nice to know the reason for a lot of my health problems, having a form of expression taken away just as I started to hit a groove is discouraging.
The last few weeks have been consumed with experimentation with all kinds of mixed media, and hopefully something beautiful comes out of this. I'm grateful for the support that has come my way during this time and hope to keep creating no matter the circumstance.
