I'm happy to share the first portrait in a commissioned series inspired by tarot cards. This piece, depicting one of the brothers in this family, was intended to evoke the story of Bacchus. It was daunting to capture both his humor and wisdom, the chaos of nature juxtaposed with humanity, however as long as the subject can see some part of himself in this piece I deem it a success. I can't wait to complete more of this collection.
