One of the things I love most about Denver is it's continued cultivation of an artist community. The city is quick to support local bands, artists, performers, etc. and partnering with these incredible people is always rewarding.
The most recent opportunity I had was creating an album cover and promotional materials for a funk/jazz band called Lavender Jones. As the band was very open to different directions, I had the freedom to let their music inspire this piece.
